Who
Nat roasts, Sam does everything else. We met working the bar at a cafe in West End.
Where
A shed behind a tyre shop on Logan Road. Open Saturday mornings for coffee and bags.
The beans
Four farms we have been to: two in Colombia, one in Ethiopia, one in Brazil. We pay above the market rate and say so on the bag.
The roaster
A 1998 Probat, rebuilt twice. It roasts 12 kilos at a time and we do about 300 kilos a week.
Visit
Saturdays 7 to 11. Bring a cup.
